Woohoo!! I Won Magnolia Ink's Contest!!!!

Wooohoooo!!!!!!!!  Lot's of exclamation marks today for some very exciting news!!!!!  I have been bursting to show this card ever since I made it at the end of May as I just loved how it turned out!  I had this idea in my head and you know sometimes you just can't seem to execute the idea on paper - but this time I managed to create exactly what I had in mind :)!!!  At last I can share it as I made it for the last Magnolia Ink competition which was to create a card themed around sports, school or pets.  I had an email from Magnolia last week to say that I was the winner of the competition :)!!!!!  I haven't seen the new magazine as mine hasn't arrived yet (typical lol) but it is going to be in there which is so exciting!!!  So, here are a few details (and lots of pics lol) of my card.
Tilda and Wiola #245 and all the little houses from Edwin's Town #511 were coloured with copics.  I have used the Doohickey Fence  # 12 behind Tilda.
I stamped the town stamp three or four times (can't remember now lol) and coloured some in peach and lilac shades and some in grey.
The backdrop of the whole scene was stamped with some Claudine Helmuth stamps in foam and clear stamps, called Dwellings.  All the houses have been layered on foam pads.  As you can see, nestling among all the town houses is the Eiffel Tower, also a Magnolia stamp.
You can see all the many layers of the background in the photo above.
I added a lamp post to the scene using the Paris Night doohickey #5DH and added a cluster of flowers around the base.  The leaves were punched with a Martha Stewart punch.
I added some more flowers on the other side of the card too.
A view from the top.................
..................and the card when folded up for posting (not that it's going anywhere now lol).
I hope you like it and thanks for looking! x
