The Sketchy Challenges DT - Heidy's Sketch!

 Woohoo!!!  It is time for another challenge at The Sketchy Challenges and this fortnight we have a gorgeous sketch by Heidy for you all to play along with!!!  I substituted the circle image mat of the sketch for a rectangle but other than that I followed the sketch to the letter!!  This is an anniversary card for my Brother and his wife who celebrated their 1st Anniversary last week!  The papers are from Basic Grey's Cappella paper pad which I'd forgotten I had and found on a recent tidy up of my desk drawers lol!  I have punched around the edge of the card with Martha Stewarts Cherish punch around the page punch.

 How gorgeous is this older Magnolia stamp!?!?!  I love it so much!!  I have coloured them with copcs and added white gel pen to their cheeks and stickles to their wings.  I inked around the image with frayed burlap distress ink.  All the edges have been sewn and stickled.

 The gorgeous lace is from my stash and the beautiful sentiment is from Whiff of Joy as are the pearls in the corners.  The chiffon flower is from The Hobby House.

 I painted a chipboard heart with picket fence crackle paint and added a rolled rose from Sizzix 3D flower die, a blossom and one single bit of Tim Holtz flower ribbon.  The pins are from my stash and the gorgeous swirl is Magnolia's #26 heart swirl doohickey.
