Magnolia-licious DT - Summer Blog Hop

Good morning!  Welcome to the Magnolia-licious Summer Blog Hop!  If you have arrived here from my talented friend Dena's blog then you're on the right track.  If not and you would like to join in the hop then please visit the Magnolia-licious challenge blog for the beginning of the hop.  There's a chance to win a surprise package from Magnolia-licious!  So, onto my project.  Tilda is going on a hot air balloon ride!  I had a lot of fun making this summer decoration.  I think several of these hanging in a tree during a summer party would look so sweet!
I used some Magnolia Doo Bee Pops paper to create the balloon.  The twine representing the ropes is from The Ribbon Girl, as are the gorgeous resin flower I've used to top the balloon and the roses around the sides of the balloon.
I've painted Tiptoe Tilda and Sneaky Tilda  with Distress Ink Pads and used a white gel pen on their cheeks.

I made the balloon basket from cardstock which I've then covered with hessian fabric from The Ribbon Girl - it is perfect for miniature basket weave!  The gorgeous rose trim around the top of the basket is also from The Ribbon Girl.
Thank you for visiting and I hope you like my project.  Now it's time to hop on over to another of my talented friend's blogs, Norma, to see what she has created for you!
