Stempelglede DT - Vintage Garden Paper Tole Card

Good morning!  Today I'd like to share a card I've made inspired by Gunhild's beautiful mood board for the giveaway challenge on the Stempelglede blog.  I have used stamps from several Stempelglede collections.
The gorgeous bird stamp is from the Vintage Garden collection.  I have had the idea doing a paper tole with this stamp for a while and finally got around to doing it.  It took much longer of course, but I am very pleased with the result.  I have used Distress Ink pads to paint the images.
In the photo above you can see some of the layers.  I have added Glossy Accents to the bird's eye and beak for extra dimension.
You can see in this photo that some of the areas have just one layer of paper tole and others have two or three.
Nestled amongst the stamped and fussy cut leaves and flowers are dogwood flowers that I have made with the Sizzix Dogwood die.  I have used coffee filter papers for the flowers and the centres are stamens from Live and Love Crafts.
I have also used coffee filter papers for the butterflies which have been stamped with the butterflies stamp from the Vintage Baby collection and painted with Distress Ink.  I have created my own backing paper for the base layer of the card with one of the scroll stamps from the Vintage Garden collection.  I have also stamped around the edges of the image mat with the same stamp.
The beautiful sentiment is from the Follow Your Heart collection.
Here's a close up of some of the details.  The die cut butterflies were cut with a Joy Crafts die.
A close up of some of the Dogwood flowers.  The centres and the pink tinge on the edges of the petals were done with Distress Inks.
I have used several different dies for the foliage: Rose Leaf Doohickey and Leaves Doohickey from Magnolia and Lovely Tendril from Poppystamps.  I have inked the edges with red Distress Ink to give the effect that you see on rose leaves.
I have also added some paper doilies behind the backing paper...
...and some white foliage cut with the Lovely Tendril die to frame the top of the card.
I hope you like it and I've inspired you to create something using the mood board!  Thanks for looking and enjoy the upcoming weekend.
