Whiff of Joy Challenge - 1st Anniversary blog hop!

****THIS CANDY IS NOW CLOSED*****

Whiff of Joy challenge blog is 1 year old!!

It's our birthday week and to celebrate the DT are each giving away a little bit of candy. As well as this, Katharina will be giving away a brand new - yet to be seen - Christmas Stamp Club kit by the fabulously talented Elisabeth Bell!! AND Simon Says Stamp are also sponsoring our birthday celebration with a gift certificate! So, make sure you go to the beginning of the blog hop which is the Whiff of Joy Challenge blog and hop your way through the DT blogs and enter their candy draws. If you have not landed on my blog from Jacqui's blog then go back there and enter that candy draw so you don't miss out!!. The next blog to visit is Marga's. To be in with a chance of winning the Christmas Stamp Club kit that Katharina is supplying you will need to enter this week's Whiff of Joy challenge, and each member of the DT will pick their favourite card. These will be submitted to Katharina - all will be kept anonymous - and Katharina will pick the winner of the Stamp Club Kit from these favourites. So what are you waiting for, get your card made and entered into the challenge before midnight on Sunday 11th October!!

Here is the candy I have to offer to one lucky winner!

K & Co 6"x6" paper pad
Some co-ordinating ribbons
Woodware buttons
Small pink paper Cala lillies
Small yellow paper roses
Pearl clusters
Docrafts pink glitter strips
Silver metal spacers

To enter please leave a comment telling me which of the new Christmas Henry Mouse stamps is your favourite!

My candy is open until 8pm tomorrow, the winner will be announced at 9pm so don't forget to check back!

For further details of my card see below:-

I have used the gorgeous Willow catching leaves from the gorgeous Whiff of Joy Autumn kit and coloured her with copics. The edges have been distressed and stitched.

All the paper edges have also been stitched, torn and distressed with antique linen distress ink.

The sentiment I have written with my calligraphy pen, the charm and brad are from The Hobby House. I tore into the paper to reveal the coordinating paper underneath and added some ruched tulle to the hole in the paper - I had in mind old chairs like you see in stately homes where the delicate fabric has worn away and you can see some sort of netting holding the chair's stuffing in (LOL - I know what I mean)

I glimmer misted some blossoms and distressed some leaves for the top corner

Thanks for looking and enjoy the rest of the blog hop!!!! Can't wait to see all your fabulous entries to the challenge and thank you so much for supporting us this past year! x
