Just Magnolia challenge and distressing challenge

This is my card for the Just Magnolia challenge to use charms and I'm also going to enter it into the Tutorial challenge which is distressing...hope it is OK to combine the two challenges! It seems like ages since I've inked any Tildas and I just loved making this card so much. I have to say I am really pleased with it as the colours are a bit out of my comfort zone, I usually go for soft, muted colours. I just love these plum papers from the Basic Grey sugared collection though. I was even brave enough to colour Tilda's dress in colours to match LOL!

I have cut the front of the card into a scallop at the bottom, this picture shows what the card looks like when it is stood up.

A close up of Tilda, this is one of my faves, love her hair blowing in the wind! She is of course coloured with my copics and I have distressed the edges with tattered rose and stamped a grunge stamp also.

I have added a butterfly charm as per the challenge, you can just about make it out against the dark papers! The flowers were punched with a mixture of EK success flower punches and an Xcut one. The spacers and brads are from the Hobby House.

A close up of the scalloped edge, I have added gems to each scallop for some sparkle!

I have torn and distressed one side of the paper and added some of the inside pink paper underneath so it looks like you're seeing through to the inside. I love this torn look at the moment! I also added one of the dot butterflies from Magnolia, simply stamped onto the pink paper and covered in glitter glue.

The inside is quite plain, lots of space for a message. I have stamped my Stempelglede grunge stamp around the white card in tattered rose distress ink and added a few flowers.
