Whiff of Joy challenge - Bev's sketch

Yay! Wednesday is here again and time for another challenge at Whiff of Joy challenge blog! This week we have a gorgeous sketch for you by the super talented Bev! Here is my take on the sketch.

I have used another of the beautiful stamps from the Autumn Kit, they're all stunning. I wanted to make a thank you card for an Aunt and Uncle who sent Connor a birthday present earlier this month so Oakley was perfect for the occasion! I've coloured him with copics and I've distressed the edges of the image with Tea Dye distress ink which I've also used to distress all the edges of the papers.

I have added some leaves from a Woodware punch to look like they are falling around Oakley. The sentiment stamp is also from the Autumn kit. You can just about see on the mustard coloured paper behind the image I have stamped a gorgeous swirl stamp from the Stempelglede grunge heart collection.

The large brown flower is from Prima and I added two gorgeous peach roses that I got from my local craft store. I've sprayed them with glimmer mist but it hasn't quite captured on the photo.
