Mojo Monday challenge

There is a gorgeous sketch over at Mojo Monday challenge this week and I have made this card following their sketch. Sorry about the horrid shadowy pictures, I made it for someone who was in hospital, then just as I was on my way to visit her (at night) I remembered I hadn't photographed it so had to use the dreaded day light bulb :(. Inside I have writtend sending you a speedy recovery so that I could get away with using this gorgeous image from Mo's Digital Pencil (instead of sending peace she's sending a speedy recovery LOL). The paper is by K&Co and I have torn the edges and distressed with vintage photo distress ink.

I have coloured the image with copics, I just love everything on this image, the hair, wings, dress are all gorgeous! I have used Tim Holtz tiny attachers in the bottom corners of the image and some gorgeous lace from my stash runs along the top, also fastened on with tiny attachers.

The gorgeous rose is from Hobby Craft, sprayed with pearl glimmer mist. The leaves are punched with a Woodware punch from white card and the edges have been inked with vintage photo distress ink. I finished with a couple of pieces of jute string curling down from the rose - I thought they mimicked the curling ribbons around her arm.

Ahh, just wish I'd taken daylight photos, the colours are much prettier in real life, still, hope you like it and thanks for looking! x
