Simon Says Stamp challenge

Woooohoooo!!!!! Here it is, my first ever DT card for Simon Says Stamp!!!! The challenge this week is this inspirational photo.

I have used some gorgeous MME papers and this gorgeous Edwin stamp from the winter kit that I am absolutely in love with, isn't he just so cute!!

I've masked Edwin so that he is sat on the roses that were also in the winter kit and both are coloured with distress inks. The stamps are now available on preorder separately at Simon Says Stamp. Around Edwin I have stamped a gorgeous love heart and swirl from the Whiff of Joy christmas swirls set. Stamped with antique linen and fired brick distress inks and then covered them in stickles. A close up of the swirls and Edwin's gorgeous little face (reminds me of my little boy when I colour Edwin's hair this colour LOL).

I have added some white lace from my stash and a big red satin bow beneath a spray of red roses. The large rose is from Hobby Craft and the smaller ones are from Wild Orchid crafts, all sprayed with glimmer mist. The leaves have been punched with a McGill punch.
