I have used Willow writing recipes and coloured her with copics. I've stamped a Whiff of Joy christmas swirl with antique linen distress ink around the edges and then inked the edges with vintage photo. I also used MS punch around the page double loops punch on each corner.
The sentiment is also from Whiff of Joy, from the Autumn 2009 kit, I've stamped it with antique linen and attached it to my card with a pearl brad from the Hobby House. The kraft papers lent themselves to a bit of a shabby look I felt, so added some distressed lace from my stash and a torn peice of corrugated card which I painted here and there with Tim Holtz picket fence crackle paint before sponging with vintage photo.
The flowers are all from Wild Orchid crafts, sprayed with glimmer mist, however the larger rose is a happy accident!! I was busy crafting last week and my husband very kindly made me a coffee, but I didn't see how close to my work area he'd placed it - reached for something and - spillage!! The only non wipeable thing it hit was this rose, waste not want not I thought, and decided to dunk the whole thing in the spilt coffee so that it was all one colour LOL. Looks quite good with kraft colour don't you think??
