We are so excited and thrilled to become 1! Who knew that when Magnolia Down Under Challenges started with only 3 members it would be bigger and better a year on. We are all SO EXCITED that we have decided to do a birthday blog hop and whats better is that all the DT are offering CANDY! To be eligible you have to hop on to each Design Team Member and leave them some comment lovin affection ;) Winners will be announced on Magnolia Down Under Challenges Blog at the end of the challenge and also on the personal DT blogs on whom won their candy.

....and now here is my Birthday card for your inspiration for the challenge!
I have used the gorgeous Tilda picking Lilacs image from last spring, I just love her plaits blowing in the breeze! The papers are from the Basic Grey Euphoria collection and I have distressed them with Victorian Velvet distress ink and stickles.
I have coloured Tilda with distress inks and created a light sky background by sponging with Weathered Wood distress ink. I created a scalloped edge for my circle using an EK success retro flower punch and added a pearl to each scallop.
All the flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts and have been sprayed with pearl glimmer mist. The blossoms were white and I inked the edges with Victorian Velvet distress ink. I added a large bow using some gorgeous ribbon from my stash. Oh no! I have a new butterfly punch!! If you visit me regularly I'm sure you'll know how much I love butterflies and couldn't resist this Martha Stewart punch when I saw it! 
The tiny butterflies are so cute! I punched them from the lilac cardstock and covered them in stickles.
I have hand written the sentiment with a silver gel pen, created the scallop with EK success retro flower punch again and added a flower eyelet from my stash.
