Whiff of Joy challenge - Easel cards

Thank you all for your gorgeous entries using my sketch - it's great seeing how everyone interprets it! This week at Whiff of Joy we have a nice easy challenge - to make an easel card. These are such an easy way of making your card extra special! Now, I know Mother's Day has been and gone (in the UK at least) but I suddenly got a rush of commissions at the end of last week for Mother's Day cards so decided to combine them with my DT work! This was for a Mum who loves to shop so I just had to use this image! The gorgeous papers are by Bo Bunny and I have distressed them all with Victorian Velvet distress ink.
I've coloured Shopping Willow with copics and cut her out. I've then layered the image on foam pads for some extra dimension.

The flowers are from Prima and I have added some brads from my stash and a charm from the Hobby House.

I punched a scrap of the paper with my MS heart lace punch and added a button from my stash.

I was lucky enough to receive this cute mini Shopping Willow in one of my DT packages when I was guest designing for Whiff of Joy and it was perfect to use on the base of the easel card! I have used the same design as on the top of the card but swapped the papers around. The sentiments were printed on the computer and the pink pearls are from my stash.

Hope you like it and can join us this week at Whiff of Joy challenge! The rest of the DT have created some stunning inspiration for you as always! x
