Belles n Whistles challenge

Belles n Whistles have started a new fortnightly challenge where you must use a BnW stamp. The lovely and talented Kathy has set a challenge to make your own flowers which I love to do so I finally inked up my Sunshine & Apples stamp which shamefully has been sat in my drawer for about 3 months without being used (blushes). I have used the sketch from Truly Scrumptious although I'm too late to enter it - I got all the dates confused LOL. I am also entering it into Creative Inspirations challenge who want to see distressing. The gorgeous papers are MME Bella Bella and I've distressed them with Walnut Stain distress ink.

I have coloured my image with copics and the edges are inked with bundled sage distress ink. I have also used my new nesties - at last scalloped circles without punching out millions of flower petals LOL!!
I made my flowers using Tim Holtz tattered florals die from some scraps of paper. I have sprayed them with glimmer mist and stamped some grunge stamps from Stempelglede with bundled sage distress ink. I then inked the edges with antique linen before crumpling them up. The large fern leaf is a Leone Em punch and the small ones McGill punch.
Here is a close up. You can see I have also cut some tulle with the largest flower die and layered it between the paper flowers and I have also made my own pearl and crystal centre with assorted gems and pearls from the Hobby House.
The butterflies are from MS punch around the page butterfly punch but I've cut them out completely using scissors.
Hope you like it and thanks for looking! x
