The super talented Marlene was kind enough to share a sketch on her blog recently which was gorgeous so I just had to use it for this card - thanks Marlene! This is another Pergamano fairy card for the Hobby House. I am also entering it into the
Everybody Art challenge who luckilly for me would like to see pastel colours! The paper is by Craft Creations but I'm afraid I've lost the name strip off the vellum - both are available from the Hobby House however!
This is one of my favourite out of the six fairies - look at her gorgeous wings! I've coloured her with distres inks and added some pearls and clear buttons from the Hobby House together with lots of my own shrink plastic buttons (see my tutorial). The white frosted ones were cut with Tim Holtz tattered florals die before shrinking - love the shape of them!!
The chiffon ribbon is also from the Hobby House. I have used a MS flower border punch along the bottom of each vellum panel and MS butterfly edge punch across the top.

Hi Jane - I've really enjoyed your fairy cards and I think this one is my favourite. Love the inspiration you've given with the use of pastels asnd soft shading. Really pretty and easy on the eye. Hope you are well - It's been so long since I've seen you I'm beginning to think you were a figment of my imagination lol Still enjoying looking at your creations though xxx
