You MUST enter the challenge to win!!!!!! Be sure to follow the blog hop all the way to the end, for your chances to win. When you get to the Simon Says Stamp Blog, leave a comment that you hopped to all blogs, entered the challenge (we will check!!!) and you will be entered to win some FABBY blog candy! Blog candy is GOODIE BASKET FULL OF FUN ITEMS YOU CAN USE IN YOUR CRAFTING, courtesy of Simon Says Stamp Superstore. (valued at over $100)

Here is my creation with one of Simon Says Stamp's exclusive stamp sets! As Simon Says Stamp is based in the United States of America I thought I'd make my birthday card like the American flag!! I stamped various stamps from the set onto coredinations cardstock to start and then distressed it with vintage photo distress ink.

For the flag I used a piece of red stripe paper from Magnolia (I checked a photo of the flag to make sure I got the correct number of stripes and the layout of the stars!). The blue is a piece of coredinations cardstock and the stars are Mark Richards' Crystal Stickers.

I stamped the Statue of Liberty stamp with Walnut Stain distress ink and stamped a Hero Arts text stamp over it with Frayed Burlap distress ink before inking the whole thing with Vintage Photo.

The sentiment is from Whiff of Joy and the brads are from my stash.

In this photo you can see the dimensions of the card with the rippling flag! Hope you like it and thanks for looking!
The number for my blog is 8. Next head over to Jo to see what fabulous inspiration she has for you and to collect your number. Thanks for stopping by! HAVE fun and good luck!!!
