Wednesday already - yay!! I used to love Wednesday when I worked as it is downhill from here on in to the weekend LOL!! Of course it also means it is time for another challenge at Simon Says Stamp too which is even better!! As usual there is a fab $25 certificate to be won to spend in the store!!
This week our theme is Tutti Frutti - so as long as you have some fruit on your creation you can enter, be it charms, paper or image!! The DT are featuring Basic Grey products this week, if you have some we'd love to see them on your creation. I have used paper from Basic Grey's Indian Summer pad and my button is also by Basic Grey.
I used this gorgeous House Mouse image stamped by a friend - can't get much more fruit on an image LOL!! You can get the stamp from Simon Says Stamp, they have loads of House Mouse stamps! I've coloured it with distress inks and added Rock Candy Stickles to all of the apples for a bit of shine - must get some Glossy Accents or something - this is the second time in a week I've wanted a high shine and had to use stickles instead LOL!
I think this stamp has a true autumn country feel to it so wanted to reflect that in my embellishments. I came up with this jute "ribbon" bow idea simply tied in the middle with jute string threaded through a button! Love the look it has achieved so will definitely be using the idea again!
I have torn a piece of a corrugated cup holder up and inked the edges with walnut stain distress ink for some texture across the middle of the card.

Fantastic card Jane. I have this HM image and I love it. I love colouring the apples and trying to make them look real. You have done a smashing job ! Love the BG papers you have used and the Autumnal feel your card has.
