Carmen Medlin meets Stempelglede for Quixotic Paperie

This is another card I've made using Stempelglede stamps for Elaine at Quixotic Paperie who was also kind enough to send this stunning Carmen Medlin stamp for me to use. Isn't she an absolute beauty??? She has the most gorgeous face!
I have coloured her with copics and I have used the grunge corner and the splatter stamps from the Stempelglede grunge collection around the image, stamped with frayed burlap distress ink.

I have used more stamps from the Stempelglede grunge set here. There are two fabulous flower stamps in the set that are the perfect size for retro flower punches (there are 2 other flowers but they do not match the punches). I stamped them and embossed with gold onto black paper, gives them an almost grunge metal look! The holly leaves are a Whiff of Joy die and I stamped these with the splatter stamp too.

I have used the grunge corner stamp in opposite corners of the papers which are all from a gorgeous Webster's pages christmas paper pack. The bow was made with a small scrap of ribbon from my stash.

I stamped a Tim Holtz Christmas ticket stamp on a piece of the paper too and of course stickled around the edges of the papers!

Hope you like it and thanks for looking! You can get the Webster's Pages, Carmen Medlin stamp and the Stempelglede grunge set from Quixotic Paperie! Oh and have you seen the stunning new Stempelglede stamps?? OMG they are to die for - I cannot wait for them to arrive - have a peek here! x
