Just Magnolia DT - Donalda's sketch

Thank goodness it's Friday and time for another challenge at Just Magnolia Challenge. This week we have a super gorge sketch for you by Donalda. Thanks so much hun, I loved working with your sketch! My papers are a mixture of scraps from my stash distressed and sewn around the edges. I decided to try a coloured cotton for a change and will definitely be doing so again, love the extra element it gives to the card!

Oh I love this new Giggling Tilda from the Christmas collection. Isn't she sweet!?!? I think she's sneaked down the stairs to see Santa delivering the pressies LOL! I've coloured her with copics on Neenah cardstock from The Hobby House, and added a touch of stickles here and there to her outfit.

I created the poinsettia with Tim Holtz tattered florals die, sprayed it with glimmer mist and added some stamens from my stash. The wooden buttons are from The Hobby House and the holly leaves were cut with a sizzix die.

I used another Tim Holtz die for the snowflake border - love this die! - and added some pearls to the centres of the snowflakes. Check out the zigzag stitching LOL! loving my new sewing machine!
Hope you like it and I've inspired you to join us this week at Just Magnolia. The rest of the team have created some amazing cards for your inspiration too so pop over for a drool! Thanks for looking! x
