Just Magnolia DT - White and another colour

Woohoo!! It's Friday and December is creeping up which I'm so happy about because I just love Christmas and all the preparations!! It is also time for another Just Magnolia challenge of course and this week we have a colour challenge for you of "white plus one other colour". I choose to use grey/blue as my other colour and made an angel as per Camilla's instructions in the latest issue of Magnolia Ink. As soon as I saw the article I knew I wanted to make one and add feathers to the wings! I've coloured her with copics and added stickles to the wings and star then added her to a paper cone made from one of last year's Magnolia Christmas papers.

I added another layer of wings behind the stamped ones using the angel wing doo hickey die and stickled those too. I then added a feather from my stash behind each one.

I added some texture to her dress with some lace and pearl beading from my stash.

I haven't quite decided if I'll use her on top of the tree or hang her from a branch (poor love LOL) so I haven't added a ribbon loop to the top yet.

In the absence of my Christmas tree I took a photo of her in one of my pot plants LOL! Hope you like it and I've inspired you to join us this week at Just Magnolia. My team mates have created some breathtaking cards this week for you so pop over and have a look! Thanks for looking! x
