Here's the third tag I made following Tim Holtz' Twelve Tags of Christmas! Again I wasn't keen on day five's so this is the sixth tag! I had some of the supplies for this one again which was good!
I have created the reindeer and antlers exactly the same as Tim did except I don't have any acrylic paint dabbers so I smudged liquid pearls onto mine with my finger. Didn't sand off too well though unfortunately so my embossed snowflakes aren't as visible! One of the supplies I actually have that is probably the most unusual is the green leafy wire Tim used for the wreath but I couldn't use it as it is a miniture garland in my dolls house - I may show you this one day - I promise Mina ;) !!!! I created my own with florist tape and wire instead. The tissue tape I made myself following my friend Tracey's brilliant idea of using masking tape - thanks for the inspiration Tracey!!! Luckilly I can write music as I play the piano as I don't have a music stamp!
Again I used Stempelglede fourishes as I don't have Tim's and instead of stamping the splatters with gold paint I embossed them with gold. I also didn't have the Tall Pines embossing folder so I drew mine and cut them out for a similar effect. I added a word tag and star charm similar to the one's Tim used.
The Season's Greetings stamp is from Whiff of Joy and I used pearls instead of the mini brads. I do have the mini brads but Tim said it was a real struggle so I thought I wouldn't even bother trying LOL!
Hope you like it and thanks for looking! x
