Simon Says Stamps Challenge - Domi's sketch

Time for another challenge at Simon Says Stamp's Challenge and this week we have a gorgeous sketch by Domi! As it is the Christmas season Heidi has very generously increased the prize to a $50 gift certificate for the Simon Says Stamp store! The design team are all showcasing Basic Grey products this week so if you have some we'd love to see them but it is not essential to join the challenge!


I've used papers from the Basic Grey Cappella paper pad for my card.


I have coloured this adorable Tilda with copics and added stickles to her wings and the heart bauble. I've inked around her with antique linen distress ink.


I have added a selection of snowflakes cut with Spellbinders Create a flake 1 die, cut in acetate and covered in diamond dust, together with some Prima e line flowers. The gem swirl and flower centre is also Prima e line, I've cut the swirl in half. The brads are from Whiff of Joy. The distressed chiffon ribbon is from my stash and the leaves were cut with a Sizzix die.


I felt that the base paper was a little plain so I've created a sparkle dot paper by adding stickles.
