Time for another challenge at
Simon Says Stamps challenge and this week our theme is "Love is in the Air". As always Heidi is offering an incredible $50 voucher for the

I have made a valentine's card using some of the gorgeous images from the new Magnolia So Special collection and papers from
Tim Holtz Vintage Shabby pad.
I have made the large flower myself using Magnolia's
Peony die. I sprayed it with pearl glimmer mist and added blobs of
glossy accents to look like dew. The chipboard heart has been covered in pickett fence crackle paint before sponging with victorian velvet distress ink and covering in glossy accents.
The leaves are doo hickey dies too and the gorgeous butterfly is from Prima.
Here is the card when it is stood up with
Edwin handing a single rose stem to
Tilda - just like Romeo and Juliet LOL! I have masked the
Romantic Window stamp and Tida together and all have been coloured with copics.
Inside I have used the Magnolia swedish lace tag on the pocket and the
tag die for the tags. The two hearts are a Magnolia stamp too but I have just cut out the hearts and layered them up. The hydrangea is by Prima and the pearl brad is from Whiff of Joy.

Clever design, Jane, beautifully executed. Your card is stuffed (but not over stuffed) with fabulous embellishments. I really enjoyed a close up hunt to spot all the little design elements and it is, of course, beautifully coloured! Warmest wishes, Lesley
