Woohoo! It is time for another challenge at
Simon Says Stamps Challenge and as always we are sponsored by Heidi with an amazing $50 credit voucher for the
Simon Says Stamp store!!! Who wouldn't want to win that!?!?!

This week our challenge is to create a card for a child.

After a couple of attempts at a bright, fun card for a boy, which were duly discarded, I created a soft and pretty pink card for a girl instead LOL - guess I just wasn't in a bright mood! I have used paper from
Prima's Annalee pad and inked the edges with
victorian velvet distress ink and then
stickled them. I just realised as I'm typing this that I used this image for last week's challenge card too LOL - she is such a sweetie though!

I've coloured
Tilda with
Prismacolor pencils and blending solution!! Don't look too closely at my colouring LOL I have only had the pencils a week and this was the second image I coloured with them. I'm not entirely happy with the face and I think I should have gone lighter with the highlights in her hair but I'm sure I'll get the hang of them! I added stickles to the lace on her dress and the butterfly wings.

Hope you like it and I've inspired you to join us this week at
Simon Says Stamps challenge! Pop over to the challenge blog to see the rest of the team's gorgeous cards! Thanks for looking! x

Aww hun this is adorable and absolutely gorgeous, so soft and pretty. Good girl for using her again, the amount of stamps I only use once is ridiculous, that works out as a really expensive card then, but lovely to make lol
