Woohoo!! It is Friday and that means it is time for another Just Magnolia and hAnglar & sTanglar challenge!! This week we have a gorgeous sketch by Donalda to follow! I have used papers from MME's Gertie paper pad - I'm going to have to buy another of these - I just can't get enough of these papers!! I am also entering my card into Cute Card Thursday's challenge - Get Krafty as I have used kraft around the image, for the sentiment, and for the card base.
I had another go at colouring with my Prismacolour pencils for this card and am much happier with the results but still working on the face! This one took 6 attempts as I kept messing the face up!! Good job I always colour the face first LOL!
I created a little kite for the embellishment with some red cardstock, ribbon twine and some ribbon by East of India.

Absolutely delightful! Your coloring is stunning. I'm struggling to master Prisma pencils!!LOL! I love your interpretation of Donalda's design...and that kite is the BEST!!!

Fantastic card Jane, love the matching kite, very clever! I much prefer my Prismas to anything else I use, they give a much softer finish and easier to blend.
