Whiff of Joy Challenge DT - Manuela's Sketch

Woohoo! It is time for another Whiff of Joy Challenge and this fortnight we have an absolutely gorgeous sketch by Manuela for you to follow! I have used another image from the gorgeous summer kit - these stamps will be released individually on 1st June. I used a mix of papers from my stash and distressed the edges with Tim Holtz' distressing tool.

I coloured the image with copics and inked around the edge with spiced marmalade distress ink.

I stamped the sentiment, also in the kit, with white stazon onto some black cardstock to resemble a chalk board. The large daisy is a Prima e line flower topped with a Basic Grey button and some button twine from Whiff of Joy. The tiny red flowers are from my stash and I added some Hero Arts black pearls to the centres. The ribbon is from my stash and the pins are from The Hobby House.

I added another Basic Grey button and some twine at the end of the ribbon for a different look rather than wrapping the ribbon around both sides of the card.

Hope you like it and I've inspired you to join us this fortnight at Whiff of Joy challenge! Pop over to the blog as the rest of the team have made the most stunning creations to inspire you as always! Thanks for looking! x
