It is time for another Just Magnolia and hAnglar & sTanglar challenge and today we have a gorgeous sketch by Bev! I have used papers from Kaisercraft for my card.
Hehehe! This Tilda always makes me laugh - I can just see this happening to me one day!! I've coloured her with copics and added stickles to her lace underskirt and the dress in her suitcase. I also added some white liquid pearls to her buttons.
I added some gorgeous satin ribbon from my stash and some flowers too. The pins are from The Hobby House. 
I have hand written the sentiment - I have had this in mind for a long time for this Tilda - don't you think she's perfect for a belated birthday card!?!?!? - she's obviously running late for whatever mode of transport she's catching LOL!! So, rather than Happy Belated Birthday I thought Sorry I'm Late would be fun!
