Just Magnolia and hAnglar & sTanglar DT - Back to School/Fall

It is time for a new challenge at Just Magnolia and hAnglar & sTanglar challenge and this week we have a choice of back to school or fall! I chose the back to school theme and altered a little pencil box for my little boy who has just gone back to school! The pencil box was just plain white and I covered it with some papers by Magnolia.

I coloured the rocket with copics and added some stickles to the flames and some glossy accents to the little window. I punched the star border with a Martha Stewart punch and added some gems from my stash.

My little boy is mad about shooting stars at the moment as he wants to try to see one and so I thought I would add one to his pencil box using a sizzix die and some ribbon tails :). LOL he is so sweet, straight away he said that this was much better than seeing a real shooting star!! The letters were cut with a Tim Holtz die.
