Woohoo!! It is time for another challenge at Magnolia Down Under Challenges and this week our theme is "get punchy" - so grab your punches and join us!! I've been so excited to share this card which I made at the weekend after receiving my new Sweet Christmas Dreams stamps!! - even the background stamp is new to me - don't know how that slipped in my basket with the new collection :0!! LOL I have wanted that stamp forever and decided I couldn't resist any longer!
OMG I adore this new Tilda! I think it is probably because Kara has a hat like that! I have coloured her with copics and added some snow writer pen to the bobbles on her hat.
I have coloured the background scene with copics too and added stickles here and there to the areas covered in snow and some gold stickles to the star.
I added a poinsettia from my stash along with some holly leaves cut with a sizzix die and some mistletoe cut with a doohickey die. I added some snow to the poinsettia too.
I created a snow drift in front of the scene by tearing a little scrap of snowflake vellum by Papermania, available from The Hobby House. The fence was cut with a doohickey and I've added some snow to the fence posts along with some tiny pompoms that were begging to be added as snowballs!
I used the gorgeous Tim Holtz' snow flurries on the edge die along both edges and added some sparkly punched snowflakes here and there to fit the challenge.

When I saw this in the preview post I almost didn´t upload mine LOL! This is so gorgeous! Love, love, love all of the punch and die cutting use here. Stunning that background...Didn´t slip into my basket but will have to change that for sure. Tilda is such a darling and fabby colored too!

Oh Jane... I'm speechless. I've looked at this fabulous card for ages now, and I still can't get over how beautiful it is. I love the snowy night-feel, and all the sparkling you've added to it. The scene you've created is absolutely magical. Tilda, the gorgeous background, the fence... it's simply perfect. Love it to pieces. Divine.
