Woohoo!!! I found time to play and join in a challenge! First time in ages I've managed to enter a challenge! The challenge over at
TOMIC is to follow Tina's sketch and create a birthday card for Tilda's birthday! This was perfect as I needed to make a card for my cousin's baby girl who is one today!! Who better to use on the card than the gorgeous new Baby Tilda!? All of the papers on my card are from Magnolia except the spotty one which is a scrap from my stash.
I've coloured Tilda with copics and added some stickles to the trims on her outfit and her crown. I also added some white gel pen dots to her cheeks. I've inked around the edge of the image mat with victorian velvet distress ink.
I added some gorgeous lace and button twine from
The Pretty Little Ribbon Shop and some pompom trim from my local haberdashery. The large crochet flower I made myself and the other one is from The Hobby House. The brad is from
Whiff of Joy as are the gems.
I used the Happy Birthday stamp from Magnolia and created a little banner. The number 1 is from Tim Holtz grungeboard elements, painted and stickled.

Jane this is a piece of ART , its fantastic.
I have just purchased three of these darling stamps , since blogging I have come to love the cuteness of them , you have coloured this little sweetie so well , I think I will struggle with the colouring but I have the time to make mistakes I guess.
