Deep Ocean Challenge DT - A Wonderful Woman

Woohoo!!  It is time for another challenge at Deep Ocean Challenges and our theme this fortnight is "What a Wonderful Woman!".  I chose to create a layout with these cute pictures of my Mum and Kara when she was one - just love the cute chuckle from Kara!!  The gorgeous paper is Webster's Pages.
I cut around the circle on the paper and tucked a scallop circle behind it to make it stand out more.  The "fun" letters are also from Webster's Pages.
The pennants on the left are printed on the paper and I cut some matching pennants from a Webster's Pages matching postcard to add the ones on the right.  I added a Webster's Pages sparkler where they join.
The gorgeous resin butterfly is also from Webster's Pages - love the chunkiness of these!
I used some of the reverse of the paper to layer behind one of the photos and added a border cut with scallop scissors along the bottom.  The little word sticker is from Webster's Pages too.
The flowers above the bird bath were fussy cut from the postcard too and tucked under the photo.
I hope you like it and I've inspired you to join us this fortnight at Deep Ocean Challenges!  Pop over to the blog to see the rest of the team's stunning creations!  Thanks for looking! x

Oh Jane, This Layout is stunning.
Scrapbooking is my first love and I would sit and do it every day if I could.
I love the bunting, the resin butterfly and the cut circle is genius (may I pinch that Idea at sometime!, brilliant idea). It was lovely to see such a wonderful page, and the two "Ladies" are beautiful. Debbiexx
