This card is for my little boy so I have used the gorgeous Santa Edwin from an older Magnolia collection and coloured him with copics.
I've kept the decorations simple as it's a boy's card. I have used the scrumptious looking Peppermint #1409 also coloured with copics.I've smothered the cane in glossy accents and the bow in stickles so that it looks almost good enough to eat!
The fabulous sentiment is from Whiff of Joy from last year's winter stamp kit.
I used the vintage tag #1 die and threaded it with some very festive ribbon from my stash. The bells are by Papermania.
Now we get to the fun part of this card! You can see in the photo above that as you open the card the image changes - this was so easy to do and so effective I'm going to be making many more of these I'm sure!
Once you have opened the card fully you can see the new image! This time, Santa Edwin has been replaced by Edwin with his present on Christmas morning!
I hope you like it and I've inspired you to join us this week at Magnolia Down Under! Pop over to the blog to see the rest of the team's stunning Christmas creations! Thanks for looking! x
