The Ribbon Girl DT - Add a Button!

 Good morning!  It is time for a new challenge over at The Ribbon Girl and this week we would like to see you add a button to your creations!  Something a little different from me today, a clean and simple card for a man (well as clean and simple as I can do lol).  My husband asked for a card for a colleague themed around the fact that he is Scottish and plays the bagpipes.  I'm not sure you can tell what the idea was in my head lol but it is supposed to be the top of a traditional Scottish dress sock the tartan flashes!

 I scored some cream cardstock to make the ribbing of the sock and the checked paper is from Webster's Pages.  I have used a Tim Holtz die for the 50.

 The seam binding and cute button charm are from The Ribbon Girl.
