Ribbon Girl! It's always like a little marker for me that it is time to make next month's projects! It also means that Christmas is getting very, very close and this year I am so far behind in preparations! I could do with an extra month lol. My card shape today is a bit of an experiment to try to recreate a card blank I saw in a store a few weeks ago and I'm pleased to say it turned out exactly how I hoped first time! The base is a soft gold pearlescent cardstock - so beautiful!
Day Before Christmas Edwin #136 and coloured him with copics. I've added gold gel pen to the twinkling lights, stickles to the baubles and white gel pen dots to his cheeks and eyes. I've inked around him with Weathered Wood Distress Ink.
Ribbon Girl too. I've sprayed all of the flowers with some gold Perfect Pearls mist. The holly leaves were cut with the Tim Holtz Festive Garland die.
