I have coloured Tilda with Bunny Balloon #05 with copics and added white dots to her cheeks with a gel pen. I've also added glossy accents to the balloon but you can't really see in the photo. I've inked around the image with Victorian Velvet Distress Ink. The gorgeous papers are from Magnolia.

The Ribbon Girl and the flowers, ribbon and gems are from my stash.
The butterfly is from the
Ribbon Girl too and the flowers are from my stash.
I made the ticket myself using a Whimsy Stamps sentiment set. I've used the
Sprawling Fronds die for the leaves.
