Ribbon Girl DT - Magnolia Only Challenge - Children

Good morning!  I hope you are having a lovely weekend.  We have our new Magnolia Only challenge today at The Ribbon Girls and this week our theme is 'Children'.  I took the opportunity to get ahead and make a card for my nephew.

 I have used the super cute Edwin with Teo the Dragon from last year's Animals of the Year collection.  I've painted them with Distress Ink pads.

 The number is a grungeboard element from Tim Holtz, painted with acrylic paint and then embossed with a glitter embossing powder.

 I used different Doohickey flag dies to create the pennant flags which are threaded onto button twine from The Ribbon Girl.

The gold glitter mesh, striped grosgrain and buttons are also from The Ribbon Girl and the flag pole was also cut with a Doohickey die.
