Magnolia-licious DT - Push, Pull, Flip!

 Good morning!  Our challenge over at Magnolia-licious Challenge at the moment is 'Push, Pull, Flip', and here's my card for it using Beate's tutorial here.  I recently returned from holiday which included a few days in London so this inspired my card!  We had the most amazing time and my children really loved getting to see the Queen's Guards so I had to ink up Guard of the Castle Edwin when I returned home.

I also had a lot of fun recreating a sentry box for him to stand in.  I have drawn the gold details with a gold gel pen.

Edwin has been painted with Distress Inks and I've also used white and gold gel pens for some details.

I also gave his boots a coat of Glossy Accents to make them fit for duty!

The fence was cut with a Doohickey die from the Vol 2 Doohickey kit.

The sentiment is from Whiff of Joy and cut out with a Spellbinder's die.

I used a gold pen to write the pull instruction on the pull tab behind the sentry box.

This is what the back of the card looks like when it is fully open.

I've recorded a little video showing how the card opens and closes.  It is actually very easy to slide open and closed but I filmed my little girl doing it and she struggled a little in the middle bless her.
