I have used two gorgeous stamps from the Whiff of Joy winter kit, Freezing Willow and the sled packed with gifts. I have coloured them with copics in colours to match the papers which are K&Co. I have added glitter glue on the presents and MS carrera marble glitter underneath the sled. I distressed the edges of the image mat with a mixture antique linen and weathered wood distress inks and then I have stamped the three snowflakes from the Whiff of Joy winter kit with white Q chalk and while the chalk was still wet I added glitter to them.
The sentiment was cut from one of last years' Christmas cards LOL - I save so many bits like this, it came in useful eventually! The writing matches the cardstock I used perfectly!
I punched snowflakes using a MS snowflake punch from mirrored turquoise card (saved from the same card as the sentiment) and white card which I have covered in glitter. Turquoise gemsones complete the snowflakes. You can see in this photo that I made Willow's cheeks pinker than I usually colour to represent the fact she is really cold!
The gold chiffon ribbon is from my stash and I have rippled the tails of the bow in various places and adhered to the card with silicone glue.
Thanks for looking and I hope you can join us this month. Check out the rest of the DT's creations, they're gorgeous! x
