I have made another card using the gorgeous Aladdin store kit from Whiff of Joy! The paper is by Kaisercraft and I've distressed them and inked the edges with crushed olive distress ink and stickles. I have used the brilliant sketch at
Stampavie which I turned on it's side and then did a mirror image of it - hope that's OK LOL - and
Cute Card Thursday want to see men's cards so I'm entering that challenge too!
I have actually combined four images from the set and I think they look amazing altogether! The separate stamps I masked are: the genie;treasure chest; smoking pipe and the large necklace at the front. They are all coloured with copics. On each square behind the image I embossed in gold one of the swirls from the
Whiff of Joy Christmas Swirls kit.
I absolutely love colouring gold items with copics! Here's a close up of the amazing chest filled with lots of jewels and treasures!
I created the swirl myself using pearls from the
Hobby House and the scattered gems are various makes from my stash.
The sentiment is also from the kit and is just perfect for the scene I've created. It is stamped with crushed olive distress ink. I added some tassles I made with some string and beads and at either side of the oval I added a spacer and pearl from the Hobby House.
