Jingle Bell Ride for Quixotic Paperie!

Well, the igloo completion didn't go quite to plan yesterday LOL. We now have the "wrong" type of snow - the recent snowfall is so fluffy it won't mould together so we still haven't finished the roof!! Here is a picture of my two cuties having a great time in it anyway. I just can't stop taking pictures of the snow scenes in our garden! It all looks so beautiful and they are so smiley having fun in the snow!

Today I'd like to share another card I made for Elaine at Quixotic Paperie using this stunning carousel horse and Webster's pages she kindly sent me :). I really love how this turned out! This image is so gorgeous!
The image is by Crissy Armstrong for Whimsy Stamps, called Jingle Bell Ride. I've coloured it with copics and added some stickles to the fur trims and a touch to the horses main and tail.

What else to embellish with but a jingle bell!?!?! The bell and ribbon came from a chocolate reindeer from last Christmas. The snowflake is cut from the backing paper with a Whiff of Joy die and the holly leaves are a sizzix die. I have used a holly stamp from Stempelglede's Vintage Holly set with antique linen in the corner and with walnut stain around the edges of the paper too.
The sentiment is in the Jingle Bell Ride set too along with two others and some accessories!! The die is a fancy tag from Spellbinders.
Hope you like it and thanks for looking! You can get the Jingle Bell Ride set and the Stempelglede Vintage Holly set from Quixotic Paperie!! x
