Whiff of Joy DT - sneak peek

Hehehehe If you visited earlier you'll know this post went up without any photos or details LOL! That will teach me to get organised and label all my posts ready! Anyway, it's here now and as you can see it is another of Norma Fickel's cute gnomes for the Whiff of Joy March release. I think this one can be used for many occasions too. I've used him as a good luck card and coloured the flowers as four leaf clovers but if you coloured them pink for example you could add pearls to the centres to turn them into pretty flowers!
I've coloured the image with copics (no surprises there then LOL).
I added some green jute from my stash along with a paper flower and a button threaded with some of Whiff of Joy's new button twine. I have hand written the sentiments onto kraft cardstock and attached them with brads from The Hobby House to the image mat.

Hope you like it and don't forget these gorgeous gnomes and the single stamps from the Love Bug kit will be available tomorrow from Whiff of Joy!! Thanks for looking! x

Whiff of Joy DT sneak peek

Firstly I'd like to say a huge thank you to you all for leaving such lovely comments, it always brightens my day! Today I have one of the images from the Love Bug kit from Whiff of Joy. All the images from the kit will be available separately from 1st March! I have used Webster's pages on my card and sewn the edges.

I have used this beautiful image to make a Mother's Day card but you could, of course, use it for Valentine's day or birthday cards. I've coloured her with copics.

I have used the Dancing Hearts die along the edge of the striped paper (the hearts and dots part) and then used the off cut strip along the top edge (the bit with just hearts). I love how you can use this die to create two different edges. I created the sentiment on the computer and added a charm from The Hobby House tied on with some of Whiff of Joy's new button twine.

The blossom and small rose are from Wild Orchid Crafts and I created the purple flower from a flat Hero Arts flower and some pink stamens from my stash. The ribbon is also from my stash.

Hope you like it and thanks for looking! Enjoy the rest of your Sunday! x
