Tickled Pink Stamps DT - Lil Perfect Match Blog Hop Release!
Gorjuss and Shabby
Today I'd like to share the third card from my collection of four for The Hobby House. I think this one is probably my favourite as it is the most shabby chic of them all!! Again the papers are by Girl's Paperie, available from The Hobby House, as is everything on the card except the doohickey and Whiff of Joy die!

We will be hosting a new challenge every forthnight and the only rule is to follow the given challenge and best of all you can use any stamps you like (loving that idea!! hopefully I can dust off some of my neglected stamps).
Our first challenge will be on 7th June - hope you can join us. If you'd like to start following the challenge blog already click here!
Gorjuss Again!
Thank you for your lovely comments on my card yesterday! I really do appreciate every single one! Today I have another card from the collection to show you. If you're a regular visitor you might be thinking you've seen this card before LOL - you would be right!! Jill liked my card a few weeks ago with this Gorjuss image so much that she asked me to recreate one for her display at The Hobby House :). It is in different colours, of course, again these papers are by Girl's Paperie - sooooo gorgeous! I cut the shape with a Go Create die from The Hobby House. As with yesterday's card, everything is from The Hobby House on this card!

Sweet Rainbow Collection card
Woohoo!! I had time to play with some of my new stamps from the Magnolia Sweet Rainbow Collection last night and had so much fun creating the little scene for this card!! The gorgeous paper is by Pink Paislee and I've heavilly distressed it and sewn the edges. I am entering my card into Truly Scrumptious' challenge which is anything goes!
How sweet is this little Tilda?? I masked her so that I could add the Root Cellar Door stamp to the background so that she is sewing seeds in her little cottage garden :). I hae coloured the images with Prismacolor Pencils and I stamped a Stempelglede stamp around the edges with antique linen distress ink.
I added a selection of leaves and flowers from my stash. The gorgeous white blossom is by Prima and the rest of the flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts. The butterfly charm is by Pink Paislee and I also added a couple of die cut swirls with a doohickey die. The lace is from my stash.
To balance out all those flowers I added a Tim Holtz metal corner to the top corner of the image. The butterflies were punched with a Martha Stewart punch.

Tickled Pink Stamps DT - Preview time!!!
"Take some more tea" the March Hare said to Alice very earnestly.
"I've had nothing yet" Alice replied in an offended tone "so I can't take more".
"You mean you can't take less" said the Hatter, "It is easy to take more than nothing." "Nobody asked your opinion" said Alice.
LOL so funny and so true!! I had forgotten how great the lines are in this story and have decided to read it to my children at bed times! Anyway, I printed the whole lot on the PC onto kraft paper before tearing into strips so that I could fit it all on my card.
Simon Says Stamps Challenge and Whiff of Joy DT - Stars and Stripes
Time for another Simon Says Stamp challenge!! As always we are sponsored by the super generous Heidi who is offering the winner a $50 credit voucher for the Simon Says Stamp store!!
Our theme this week is stars and stripes! I have used paper by Bo Bunny and one of the stamps from the Whiff of Joy summer kit.I inked the edges of the paper with walnut stain distress ink and then created a blackboard with some coredinations cardstock.
I have coloured Willow with copics and added glossy accents to her glasses.
The numbers are another stamp from the Whiff of Joy kit. I've stamped them with opaque white stazon to look like chalk on the blackboard! The flowers are a mixture from my stash. The flat yellow flowers are by Hero Arts and the gorgeous pink one is by Prima.
The "You make the grade" sentiment is also from the kit, again stamped with white to look like chalk.
The star I have made from grungeboard using a sizzix die. I embossed the grungeboard first with a Tim Holtz embossing folder. I inked the star with walnut stain distress ink and then sprayed it with gold cosmic shimmer.
