Woohoo!! It is time for another challenge at
Whiff of Joy Challenges and this fortnight we have theme challenge for you which is "Sparkle and Swirls" - a lush combination! I used some scraps of paper from my stash and inked the edges with walnut stain distress ink.
How utterly gorgeous is this new image by Norma Fickel from
Whiff of Joy!?!? She will be released on 1st October and I must say she's my absolute favourite of the new October images. She's so beautiful! I've coloured her with copics and added stickles to her wings and halo.
The gorgeous swirl was cut with a sizzix die from kraft cardstock and I added a Prima poinsettia and a rose from my stash. The gorgeous pearl brad is from
Whiff of Joy.
I added another poinsettia and brad along with a crysanthemum flower and some punched leaves and a cute little button and twine to fasten the sentiment tag.
I created some paper lace using a Martha Stewart punch and added some gems from
The Hobby House for some sparkle.
