When I first saw yesterday's tag I thought OMG how will I recreate anything like that!! But this was the best fun to create out of all the tags so far! I absolutely loved creating this even though I hardly had any of the things Tim used!
I didn't have any of the stamps he used so I stamped with bottle lids and a ruler edge to create a similar design with the white paint :). I cut the letters myself from grungepaper, inked them and then added glossy accents - LOVE how raised they are!
I added a wish adage ticket instead of the journalling tag as I don't have those.
Again I used a Whiff of Joy background text stamp for the typing stamped area. Luckilly I have the clock die so was able to recreate that easilly! I added a gear and adapted one of the clock hands to look like a spinner. I stamped Tim's ticket stamp in red and black and stapled it to the tag along with the filmstrip ribbon.

Hey Jane. I had no intentions of making Tim's tag yesterday, thought it was too hard, HOWEVER I gave it a go and mine looks so similar to yours, yours is gorgeous. Like you I improvised on what I had, BUT I never thought to do the bottle cap and ruler stamping you did...GENIUS, I bow down to you!!
Looing frowrd to seeing if you have a go at the others! Debbiexx
Loving all your tags - very brave considering Tim's style (I don't dare even go there lol), just shows how versatile & talented you are! Thank you for all your lovely comments, means a lot coming from such a popular blogger ;) Have a great weekend sweetie xxx
Great job using what you had to make this tag! I had similar issues! It really makes you stretch to create! very creative ideas for your bg stamping!
