The Ribbon Girl DT - Magnolia Challenge - Anything Goes

Woohoo!!! We're back with our second Magnolia challenge at The Ribbon Girl and this time we're making it super easy for you with an "anything goes" challenge!  I actually made this for Valentine's Day.  Well, when I say made, I should say altered as it is a box I received some make-up in for Christmas that I saved to reuse. The box came with an acetate sleeve which I have covered with Magnolia papers that are inked with vintage photo distress ink.  I created a decorative band to go around the box with some stunning velvet lace from The Ribbon Girl.
I used the stunning Chocolate Label #454 from the Love Collection, stamped with Archival coffee ink.  I have used vintage photo to distress the cardstock and added some corrugated card underneath.
All the flowers and berries are from The Ribbon Girl and so is the stunning rustic tin heart - I love this so much!!!
Peeping out from underneath the band and tag is a gorgeous diamante swirl, also from The Ribbon Girl.
So, when you take the band off the box still looks pretty!
Then you can slide the gold box out of it's sleeve to see what gorgeous gifts are inside - I actually filled it with chocolates but of course they're all gone now!
I hope you like it and I've inspired you to join us Ribbon Girls!  Pop over to the blog to see the rest of the team's stunning creations!  Thanks for looking! x
