Stempelglede Anniversary card

Gosh I've had a busy week this week! Isn't it funny how you seem to be stuck for "reasons" to make cards and then all of a sudden need several in the same week and you haven't thought to make them before!?! LOL, well that was this week, and I have still got a birthday card to make for my little boy's friend from school! This is the anniversary card I made for my Sister in Law and her husband, it's funny our anniversaries are a day appart (but we did get married in different years LOL). I have again used my gorgeous Stempelglede grunge flourish hearts.....I am so in love with these stamps and so glad I got them, I've used them so much already! I have actually used two different ones here, the plum coloured heart is one and the gold flourish heart around it is the other! I've torn all the papers rather than cut them, I love this look so much, and then distressed them all with antique linen distress ink.

Under the huge bow I have added two twirls of gold wire.

I have glimmer misted the rose spray.

The inside I'm not entirely happy with but I'll show it anyway....I was rushing and it was very late so I have simply repeated the embossed image from the front and distressed around it. I did this straight onto the card, which I wouldn't normally do but I was very pressed for time! On the other side I have written the message with my calligraphy pen.

A close up of the inside image.

Thanks for looking! x
